She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and holds a degree in Accounting with expertise in Taxation and Financial Management, as well as 8 years' experience in real estate.Raised in Taiwan and with Cantonese family heritage, Irene has a unique ability to fluently converse with international buyers. Proudly Australian and having lived her adult life on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, Irene’s diverse cultural mix enables her to deftly bridge the language and cultural divide between East and West. “I find that having a great understanding of different cultures allows me to rapidly build trust and identify characteristics that are important to Eastern buyers such as street location and property aspects based on feng-shui”.An integral member of the team, Irene draws on her broad business and cultural perspective to ensure all clients achieve their real estate goals and, on the way, have a unique Belle Property experience. Irene is responsible for marketing luxury homes to the widest possible audience of qualified Chinese buyers.
