Hard-working, caring and a natural multitasker, Isabella is perfectly suited to her role as a property manager with Marshall White Boroondara. In an occupation where no two days are ever the same, Isabella thrives on the challenges of ‘thinking on her feet’ while problem-solving and ensuring her clients’ needs are always met. Having recently signed a lease and moved into her first rental home, Isabella is well-placed to understand the requirements and expectations of both renters and rental providers. She knows how important it is to really listen and make sure any issues are taken seriously. Diligent, proactive, and empathetic, Isabella always ensures her client’s requests are resolved or fulfilled as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Growing up in leafy Eltham, Isabella completed VCE in 2017 and worked in a variety of customer service roles, before making the move to property management in 2020. Outside of work, Isabella’s number one priority is her very active kelpie, Jax. She enjoys spending time with him and taking him for long walks along the banks of the Yarra River, where he has been known to take a dip. Her other interests include camping, hiking, the gym, music, snowboarding and wakeboarding. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and dining out. After having overseas travel plans cancelled due to the pandemic, she hopes to be able to enjoy an international holiday soon.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

.Isabella is an avid supporter of the Love Me Love You Foundation, a non-profit organisation aiming to make a positive social change in the mental health space by providing support and educational programs for young adults.

.Isabella also supports the Marshall White Foundation which focuses on helping our local community with a leaning towards homelessness and mental health. The Foundation’s core goal has been to grow a beneficial corpus of money to invest, where the income from this investment would be used on an ongoing basis to help where help is needed.
