Ivan Fantela began his working career at Ford’s motor company in Geelong. After a few years, he commenced work as glazier in the Melbourne construction scene where he worked on projects such as the Rialto Observation Deck.

Commencing in Real Estate in 1996, Ivan briefly worked in Property Management before realizing his passion for the sales industry.
