About Jaala Cusack - Real Estate Agent

She began her real estate career as a Property Officer in Brisbane before being promoted to the role of Property Manager.

Relocating to Sydney in 2006 to work for a Lower North Shore agency, Jaala meticulously managed a portfolio of high-end properties. She excelled in choosing the right tenants for the right property and negotiating preliminary offers to achieve the best possible result for the owner.

Recognising that prestige rentals required a specialised level of service and a more pro-active style of management, Jaala more than doubled the number of high-end rental properties in her portfolio within just one year.

After five years with this company, she was approached by a nearby agency to run their property management division. This required her to efficiently oversee the office, manage the staff, maintain the portfolio, liaise with landlords and tenants and to generate new business.

In 2012 Jaala established her own business with Sarah Latham - Latham Cusack Property. An agency which offers a professional sales and property management experience on a friendly, personal level. Together, Jaala and Sarah revolutionised the traditional systems and procedures, pushing the boundaries to create streamlined processes to give their clients the edge.

In July 2013, Latham Cusack Property won the Australian Real Estate Awards for "Best New Office". Determined by a team of independent judges, they were recognised as leaders in their industry by offering high customer service levels which lead to the impressive growth of their client-base through referrals and repeat business.

Then in 2017, they won the NSW Property Management Business Award from the Real Estate Training Group.

Jaala is the owner and Principal of the Northern Beaches office. She has clients across Sydney from the Inner West to the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. Looking after her clients’ property, is her business.
