About Jack Shine - Real Estate Agent

Jack Shine is a successful sales agent at Zevesto Property Group. He began his real estate career mid-2021 and has since proved himself a valuable asset to the team. In his first few months at Zevesto, Jack has listed upwards of 10 properties and is actively working with the lead agents and vendors to make sure they achieve the ultimate results in selling the property.

Jack primarily services the South Brisbane and Logan areas, but has clients scattered all over Brisbane. Originally hailing from Ireland, but having lived in Tanah Merah for over 17 years, he knows the area well and prefers this area due to its great location and proximity to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, as well as being surrounded by great facilities, restaurants, and schools.

Jack has partially completed a business degree, which he believes is beneficial to his work as a real estate agent because it has taught him valuable business and legal matters which are useful when dealing with estates and property. Previously to working at Zevesto, Jack worked at a call center, and he believes this has prepared him well for his role at Zevesto because it has taught him the benefits of persistence and hard work.

Jack believes that he is unique to any other sales cadets due to the fact that he prides himself on being transparent, and actively works to make sure that his client is comfortable with every step of the property selling process. He puts all his effort into seeing his clients are left feeling beyond satisfied with the result he achieves for them, and the energy and dedication he puts into the sale of their asset.

Jack loves working in real estate purely because he likes challenging himself, and has a desire to actively help people achieve their goals, no matter how small.
