Jacob Soner is a seasoned property sales professional with a Bachelor of Property Economics, majoring in Applied Economics and Finance. Starting his career at the age of 18, Jacob has accumulated six years of experience in property sales and has undertaken multiple privately-funded residential developments since turning 20. His projects range from dual occupancies to large-scale reconfigurations, and he has been instrumental in the feasibility and management of numerous residential developments, including subdivisions and multi-storey complexes.

Jacob’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish GJS Project Managers Pty Ltd, a consulting firm dedicated to guiding clients through the intricacies of property development. GJS Project Managers offers a comprehensive suite of services, enabling clients to become owner-developers. These services include property acquisition, feasibility analysis, development approvals, project management, plan sealing, title registration, and eventual sale.

In addition to client-focused projects, GJS Project Managers undertakes in-house developments. Currently, Jacob and his team are pioneering a project to address the housing affordability crisis. After over two years of development, they are soon ready to introduce affordable housing options in the Redlands and surrounding areas. This initiative aims to help young families and first-time buyers secure their spot and enter the property market through the creation of tiny homes and prefabricated houses on individual plots of land, providing a valuable stepping stone into homeownership.
