Favourite Quote: “I’m not superstitious, but I am a little stitious” Jake was born and raised in Traralgon. He lived in Morwell for 4 years whilst renovating his first home and has just purchased a second home project with his partner and is excited to be living back in Traralgon with their fur babies Dallas and Frankie. When not working Jake can be found house renovating, furniture shopping or helping his partner out at his café Store Sixty One. You will not find him playing any sports in his spare time as he admits to not being a very sporty person, but he did grow up following St Kilda in the AFL with his family. Growing up he always wanted to be a teacher.  In school he won several awards for being top of the class in German, although he can only remember how to count to 7 these days. Jake loves Mexican cuisine and dislikes seafood! He likes to start his day with a latte and finish with a red wine in the evening. If he was to cook dinner it would be a basic pasta bake, with a chef as a partner he doesn’t have to do much cooking. He loves Hawaiian pizza with “extra pineapple”, but we won’t hold that against him. He prefers savoury over sweet, if there is a cob loaf or charcuterie board he’s there! When asked who he would invite over for a dinner party he said it would have to be Adele, so she can walk in and say “Hello, it’s me”. Jake’s favourite colour is black and he likes to listen to pop and alternative music. He admits his bad habit would be spending too much time on social media. His dream job if he was to leave Real Estate would be a “house husband”! If he could choose a superpower he would love total recall with a photographic memory. After finishing secondary school Jake started in the workforce in administration and marketing, where his love for social media started. He joined the Real Estate Industry as a sales agent in 2016 and hasn’t looked back with becoming a fully licensed agent in early 2019. Jake loves working in Real Estate as each day is full of surprises. He would be described by his clients as “a genuine guy with stellar communication skills and an approachable personality”. His colleagues would describe him as the best friend of the office. Someone who is always there to listen with no judgement or disrespect which shines through as a genuine real estate agent, who clients can relate to and form friendships with.
