James’ is a Licensed Valuer, Principal and Licensee of Spraggon George Realty. He provides real estate services across all facets of the business including valuations, property management and sales.
His experience over the last two decades has taken him internationally through the largest markets with the largest firms.
James commenced a career in Agency and involved himself in some of Perth’s more significant sales in the early 2000’s. James then pursued a career in valuations. He originally acquired his AAPI accreditation and Valuer’s licence in 2006 and undertook a broad range of commercial and residential development (land and medium density) valuations for listed trusts and major banks.
In previous roles James has provided pan-European property advice to some of the world’s largest banks, insurers and property funds also and led the group real estate division for one of Perth’s largest private industrial landholders.
He has a thorough knowledge across all property sectors at both corporate and individual investment levels.
His broad experience across all sectors at all value ranges puts him best placed to provide real estate advice on any scale.
