A member of the O’Gorman & Partners team since February 2006, James jumped at the opportunity of joining the firm, attracted to the idea of working for the area’s most successful independent real estate agency. Now a director of the business, he understands all facets of the business as well as his client’s needs when buying, selling or managing their properties.James is approachable and down-to-earth but he takes an exacting approach to achieving success. Right from the beginning, James makes sure appropriate algorithms are in place. He prices the property based on thorough research, the most suitable method of sale is chosen and he targets to both local and overseas buyers with precision. It’s an approach built on hard work and attention to detail, and it gets results.James is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, with a Property Economics Degree and a top performer at O’Gorman & Partners. He’s passionate about being part of a team of nimble and responsive agents. A former student at St Joseph’s College in Hunters Hill, James naturally enjoys playing rugby and is actively involved in the Mosman Rugby Club. In his spare time James is a keen sailor for the Manly Skiff Club and has won the Australian 16ft Skiff Championships in 2008 and 2009 and 18ft Skiff Mark Foy World Championships in 2018.
