About James Fountain - Real Estate Agent

As a 5th generation local, James Fountain was raised in Pimpama and has lived in the community for nearly his whole life. The Fountain family’s history in Pimpama spans over 100 years with James’ ancestors owning a large majority of properties in the township in the past.

During his childhood James attended Pimpama State School, where he was unanimously elected as School Captain by his peers and where his late father Leigh was honoured with a permanent memorial for countless hours of not-for-profit services to both the school and the greater community.

During his teenage years, James attended Trinity College in Beenleigh, receiving numerous academic awards and achieving an overall position (OP) of 10. His tertiary education includes a Certificate IV in small business management obtained from TAFE Queensland Brisbane and James also completed his real estate salesperson registration course through the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).

James has gained a wealth of valuable experience during his adult life undertaking positions across varied fields of work including construction and workplace administration. Keeping fit and active is very important to James, over the years he has played multiple club sports including lacrosse, rugby league and competition tennis.

As a result of owning multiple properties within the Pimpama town center, including acreage, James is well aware of the fundamentals of property ownership in the local area.
