Jane is a welcome addition to the Cunninghams Avalon office and our Residential Sales Team. With real estate in her genes, Jane began her career following in the footsteps of her mother and quickly found her natural ability and passion for helping people to achieve their property goals.

With almost 20 years in the industry, Jane has had many different roles from Project Marketing to Corporate and Franchising networks, however the bulk of her career has been spent in Residential Sales on the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Jane’s natural ability to connect with people has given her great success over the years, and along with her fantastic work ethic, ability to multi-task and instinctive understanding of her client’s needs, Jane has built a strong client base who trust her with all their real estate needs. Her ability to listen and intuitively negotiate the best deal for her clients, along with her transparent and honest nature ensure her clients become clients for life. Her trustworthy and upfront approach is appreciated by all her clients.

Jane is a long-time local resident of the beaches and now with her young family, she enjoys being active in the community and local schools. In her spare time, you will find Jane at the beach with the kids, walking her boxer Lola at Bayview dog park, cooking, or entertaining with family and friends.
