Sales Consultant Janice Harmon is a seasoned real estate sales professional who intimately knows her patch. She parlayed her early career leading a national sales team in Australia’s competitive fashion industry into a new career in real estate. Her interest in property was more than a passing phase. The one-time construction industry professional had bought and sold and renovated and flipped properties for years. She uses the same creative eye that imagined the possibilities in her own portfolio to coach her prospective buyers to see the bigger picture and the opportunities in front of them.

“My own adult children sit squarely amongst the Millennial and Gen Z house hunters,” says the Hawthorn based agent. “Their own highs and lows in their property search has given me a unique pan-generational view. This personal prism of experience certainly helps me to relate to the plight of first home buyers in a hot market.”

The Victorian based, licensed real estate agent loved the friendly vibe in the Hawthorn office when she joined the company in early 2022. She felt buoyed by her new colleague’s lively energy and never short of a conversation starter, she slotted right in.

“I can talk about almost anything,” says Janice. “I love sport, particularly AFL, tennis and rugby league. I also enjoy listening to music and delving into politics and history. Most of all though, I love a sunny corner and good book.”
