Joining the family business in the footsteps of her father Rudy Grommen. Janis, who is nineteen years of age, has worked in the office ever since she can remember. She began her career as an administrator for the first year before joining the rentals team to assist her mother, Alma Grommen, in that department. Janis' passion in sales increased, and she later advanced to a position as a sales assistant before striking out on her own and becoming a sales professional.

Janis brings a strong outgoing attitude to the team and has the ability to lift people up on their tough days. She has learnt many life skills such as determination, drive and focus from her days of being an International gymnast for 7 years. She has won multiple Australian championships while pushing through some serious injuries and traveling alone at such a young age. She had made the decision to end her gymnastics career in 2020 and become a coach to the younger generation of gymnasts to hopefully help them follow their dreams.

Janis is now ready to take the lead and show her commitment and dedication to being the best she can be in this industry!
