Driven by passion and motivated by almost 30 years of experience with listing and selling real estate, Janzey Pratt is determined to provide a unique, client-focused and positive real estate experience for her clients.

Prior to relocating to Gympie in 2020 from Caloundra, Janzey and her husband John operated their company, J & J Pratt Property Services Pty Ltd, on the Sunshine Coast’ where they established a large, loyal following of valued clients.

After 2 years of driving up and down the Bruce Highway doing house and land packages & assisting a well-known Sunshine Coast builder get established in the region, Janzey could see what was coming for the Gympie real estate marketplace.

And then Covid19 hit and put the local building and real estate marketplace into hyper-drive as people took advantage of the HomeBuild construction grants and sought better value for money when it came to building a new home.

Over a 12-month period, Janzey single-handedly totalled an astronomical $16 million(gross), which was a combination of 29 new builds across the Gympie region, land sales plus other established property sales.

Such phenomenal results showcase her dedication, expert knowledge and true understanding of her local property market.

She convinced John to make the move north and 12 months later, Yamba Realty Group Gympie was founded.

Together in March of 2021, they opened their doors in the iconic Mary Street CBD.

Having worked within a multitude of property markets, right across Australia, selling in all kinds of climates – boom, bust, normal and rising – Janzey is as knowledgeable and experienced as an agent comes.

After resigning from the Qld Police Service whilst posted in Emerald in 1993, she has worked for some of the largest, well known real estate brands such as LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne, Ray White, Knight Frank and REMAX and one of Australia’s largest developers of masterplanned communities, BMD.

She is well versed across all aspects of real estate from established homes to house and land, civil construction, investment marketing, apartment and resort developments right through to farms and commercial sales & leasing.

Janzey credits her extensive knowledge to constant training and development, mentored by some exceptional industry leaders and has also spent time as a senior assessor and trainer for the REINT when living in Darwin.
