About Jared Malan - Real Estate Agent

I started in real estate to join the rest of my family who have dedicated their professional lives to the industry and who love what they do. I was concerned they’d end up driving me nuts… but the truth is I’ve found great happiness in working alongside them everyday. Who’d have thought!?

My folks (Larry and Teresa) built a large Ray White franchise called Ray White Burleigh Group. The franchise includes the following Ray White offices:

- Broadbeach

- Broadbeach Waters

- Mermaid Beach

- Burleigh Heads

My brothers (Tiger and Conner) are now the Acting Principals of RW Mermaid Beach.

As you can imagine, we live and breathe real estate. If you’re ever in need of assistance, between the five of us, there’s no real estate service we can’t cover to the fullest extent. I look forward to meeting you one day soon.

My background:

I have a diverse property background having both studied and practised my knowledge in residential property valuation, commercial construction and residential property sales.

Formal education:

- Bachelor of Business

- Masters of Property Valuation

- Masters in Professional Construction Practice & Quantity Surveying

Throughout the years that followed university I launched a handful of digital eCommerce ventures as a hobbyist, ultimately developing digital advertising skills unique to the marketing of property which I now use to separate myself from the pack.

As mentioned, I joined Ray White in order to work more closely with family. I have found sincere happiness in doing so and I believe it shows in my work.

A proud Gold Coast local, I have developed a strong familiarity with the local market and am happy to field any and all questions relating to the local and greater Gold Coast residential real estate markets.
