Co-Principal Jared Young, has been successfully listing and selling property in Buderim and surrounds since 2008, winning multiple industry awards during this time, and firmly positioning himself as one of Buderim’s leading agents, across the full suite of property types from vacant land and developments, through to multi-million high-end properties, including some of Buderim’s most iconic.

Prior to co-founding Nicholl & Young with Nathan Nicholl, Jared was working for one of the Sunshine Coast’s largest agencies where he and his handpicked team, consistently excelled across all market conditions. In fact, Jared started his property career in the GFC, when many were leaving the industry; despite the challenges of that period, he quickly anchored himself as an Agent that had the skills to get results, whilst others floundered.An exceptional negotiator and a polished marketer, Jared is renowned in the local industry for securing outstanding outcomes for his clients, regularly setting street and suburb records, consistently raising the bar.

Growing up in Buderim, Jared was one of the pioneer students at Matthew Flinders Anglican College and went on to do a Marketing Degree at QUT, prior to working in retail running his own business, before transitioning to real estate.

Jared lives on acreage in Buderim with his wife and four daughters. He is a dedicated family man, and a resident who is passionate about Buderim and the surrounding region.”
