Jason’s real estate career began with the family business at Pettit Real Estate, immediately after completing his final year of schooling in 2000. Keen to follow in his father's footsteps, he was heavily committed to growing his skills and knowledge in both sales and property management. Nearly 20 years later, he continues to provide an excellence of service to his clients, whilst always striving to improve. Early in his career, Jason was entrusted with the management of a portfolio comprising of 200 properties, and after building his skills in this side of the family business, he moved into a sales consultant role which culminated in becoming the Sales Manager for the company.When the business was sold, Jason moved into the inner city suburbs of Melbourne and became the Rental DepartmentManager for an office within one of the largest individually owned Real Estate companies in Australia. This role comprised of overseeing a rent roll of nearly 700 properties, a team of four Property Managers, and looking after all rental business development. Jason successfully introduced over 200 properties to the company over 2016 and 2017, prior to making a move to Queensland and commencing with Pettit Group.His current role sees him heavily involved in the upper management of Pettit Group; strategising its campaigns, overseeing the property management division, as well as assisting with sales and client relations. Jason aspires to one day be a Director of Pettit Group, and is always working hard to earn this opportunity through building his knowledge, skills, experience and of course providing the highest level of service to his clients.Outside of the office, Jason is a sportsman by heart and loves playing golf, sailing, spending time at the beach with his family and watchingfooty with friends.
