JCS Real Estate was born in 2020, starting as Newcastle Property Investors where we focused on managing investment properties for owners. As we have grown, we have found the need for our style not just in the management of investments but also in the sale of residential property. We provide our clients with an experience they can’t find anywhere else when buying, selling, and managing their homes.

Courtney has been in the real estate industry for 19 years. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008 and has advanced her career in real estate, working in Residential Property, Commercial Property and Real Estate Administration. This vast experience allows Courtney to provide outstanding real estate services.

Joshua has joined Courtney in her real estate business, after a 15-year career with the NSW Police Force. Josh worked in various positions and locations in Sydney, Western NSW, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle. Working alongside Courtney, Josh also has extensive experience in property investment, property maintenance and home renovations. The career and life experience Josh brings to the business, places him in an excellent position to assist our clients in selling their homes as well as maintaining and improving their homes or investment properties.
