Jeff combines years of experiences in the real estate history, with a Master degree in Science from RMIT university and completed Certificate IV in property services. You might be interested in the duties that he has been responsible for, which including greeting and following up the clients needs, and the substantial client database management.

At Elite Real Estate, Jeff provides on-going support to rental team to ensure the customers’ needs can be met at a highest level as possible. His daily schedule can be : answering rental enquiries via telephone & email; attending routine inspection and noting down defects; reporting to landlords and requesting tenants to perform remedy; due diligence to property condition after tenants vacate; liaising between handyman and tenants to allow maintenance work to be carried out, most importantly BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT with new owners to help them to lease out their properties.

Various functions, are organized accompanying with his colleagues, to build positive client relationships, which brought about a substantial increase in new clientele. Jeff has well known the importance of clients private information to ensure proper handling and the safety procedure in the work place.
