Originally from California, Jenifer has lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years and is married with four children, a fur baby, and a few chooks. Jennifer leads a healthy, well-balanced life. When not working, she enjoys outdoor activities including jet skiing & camping. A clear, effective communicator, with a genuine warm demeanour, Jennifer is easily able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and, establish strong, lasting connections. Jennifer has learned to step beyond limitations & become limitless. Jennifer has had 25 years of involvement in the building industry collaborating with commercial and project builders, developers, and investors; and has been a property investor herself from the age of 22.

Jennifer provides a high-end boutique service for her clients. It starts with a comprehensive consultation to establish her client’s property goals then works on their behalf as an interface between parties. Jennifer liaises with both her clients and the buyers; thinking laterally to overcome any challenges/obstacles, and ultimately to negotiate the optimum outcome for her client.
