Following a successful career in banking and managing a large portfolio of private clients at the Bank of Ningbo, it was a natural progression into real estate for Jia (Teresa) Wizel.

Joining Kay & Burton’s International Team as an Assistant Sales Consultant, Teresa’s hard-working, loyal, composed, patient, and determined manner has seen her excel from the moment she joined the team.

Teresa’s intimate understanding of cross-border (Australia/Asia) business current affairs and politics will ensure her clients receive the best service and benefit from having their property exposed to a lucrative buyer pool.

With her ability to retain information, fluency in speaking Chinese (Mandarin), and an intimate understanding of Asian Culture and businesspeople, Teresa has been a natural fit with Kay & Burton’s international division.

Graduating with honours in accounting, Teresa has always had a keen interest in both the Melbourne residential & commercial property markets.

Outside of work, Teresa has a fondness for fashion, plays the piano, and enjoys cooking for her family, including her son, Harold. She also enjoys spending time with her friends both in Melbourne and Sydney and spending time with family & friends in her hometown of Nanjing, China.
