About Jodie Argall - Real Estate Agent

Jodie is one of Elders Ararat’s Property Managers, helping our landlords and tenants through the rental process and managing the ongoing relationship. In 2020, Jodie was awarded the Property Management Outstanding New Talent (Tas/Vic) by Elders, demonstrating her commitment to ensuring a great outcome for our clients.In her role, Jodie conducts inspections, finds new tenants for vacant properties, and helps tenants through the rental application process. She writes condition reports and ensures maintenance tasks are undertaken as needed, and uses her exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure strong professional relationships are maintained between landlord and tenant.
Jodie, who joined Elders in 2019 after working in customer service for many years, says she really enjoys working at Elders Ararat.
“I love the environment – they’re a great group of people to work with and there’s always something different popping up, which keeps my mind working to come up with solutions.”
Jodie and her family have lived in Ararat since 2006.
