Joe is one of W.T.Newey & Co.’s most experienced and successful sales consultants, having commenced his Real Estate career with Telecom (Now Telstra) in 1974. During this time Joe successfully completed the Real Estate & Valuation Practice course through the Real Estate Institute of NSW. After leaving Telecom, Joe spent the next 10 years self-employed in a popular Mixed Business & Take Away store in Georges Hall. It was through this business that Joe became well known throughout the local community for his hard work and dedication to providing a high level of customer service. Married with 4 children, Joe has lived and worked in the Bankstown area for the past 29 years, and joined our office in 2010. His spirit of community involvement has seen Joe as a member of the Parish Council of St Felix Bankstown for the past 20 years, including terms as Deputy Chairman and Chairman. Joe’s other interests include golf, fishing and gardening. A confident and highly competent salesperson, Joe’s success is based on a hard work ethic, and a high level of trustworthiness. After 25 years in Real Estate in Bankstown area, his expertise and negotiation skills are second to none.
