A positive, passionate sales professional and devoted agent, having assisted more than 2,000 clients in buying or selling, Joel is an expert who takes pride in his ability to provide his clients accurate, up-to-date advice about the local property market. When not working in the business he is working on the business. Always striving to raise the bar by constantly sourcing the next training seminar, ensuring he is up-to-speed with changes or improvements within the industry and to ensure he is the absolute best he can be.

Devoted to keeping buyers informed about new listings and market developments, Joel constructs a comprehensive buyer summary for every client, sends a weekly buyer email to prospective purchasers about homes that match their buying criteria and properties just listed in their area - an important initiative not implemented by many in an industry where buyer service is often neglected.

Amongst Joel’s Real Estate milestones is being recognised in the AREA’s Top 100 Agents in Victoria, being made partner of Gary Peer in 2023, completing his full Estate Agent’s License and in 2015 successfully represented Ayden and Jess on “The Block”.

When he’s not helping people buy and sell property, Joel enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and beautiful boys, catching up with family and friends, going to the gym and watching his beloved Manchester United Football Club!
