I have have been Director of our Independent family owned and operated Real Estate Agency in Werrington since 2007, based & working both locally and mobile throughout Greater Sydney and throughout NSW. With experience the industry for 19 years . I hold a class 1 License and also am an Accredited Auctioneer.

I am proud to have set one of the first Million dollar benchmark sales in Werrington and also responsible for numerous sales record prices, including multi million dollar combined sale in the area.

My focus is of having a strong point of difference with how I work and not copying what others do, being able to do what I promise to do is extremely personal.

Having happy clients that often become friends is more important than the money.

If I can't do what I have promised . I'll re negotiate my fee, or even do the job for free .

SPECIALITIES

• I consider myself a specialist negotiator with expertise in all aspects of residential Real Estate Sales including knowledge of development sites , project management , pre sales off the plan sales and to completion.
• I have a very good knowledge of property management and hands on approach to be able to deal with all aspects and any issues of rental properties including leading our Property Management Team for 14 yrs.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

• I have always been happy to sponsor, donate to or help any community group that has a worthwhile cause.
• Especially if it has anything to Children or disadvantaged people.
