John Cutuli brings with him a strong accounting background, after running his own business for many years and is well equipped with knowledge surrounding property including negative gearing, capital gains, legal issues, and financing; he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Looking for a change of direction and pace, John has joined the Amber Werchon team as a conjuncting agent, inspired by Amber's leadership, success in a challenging industry and the supportive work environment and ethical ethos she has created.

John has a warm, engaging personality and is an excellent communicator - straight down the line, he prides himself on operating with honesty and integrity at all times. He embraces the opportunity to assist people to fulfill their property goals, whether it is investors growing their portfolio, downsizers selling the family home, or young buyers purchasing their first property.

John lives in Mooloolaba with his wife and two children, and when not working he enjoys fishing, squash and time at the beach with his family; he spent 14 years working in London before moving back here to the beautiful Sunshine Coast, where he and his family live the dream lifestyle.
