Commencing his Real Estate career in 1989, John O'Neil soon became one of the most highly awarded sales professionals in Western Australia.

John's research uncovered, what he felt, were a number of "flaws" in a Property Management System that had not changed since "humankind discovered they could rent!". As a result of his findings, John made the choice of concentrating all of his future efforts into improving the Real Estate Industry's Property Management woes.
