Joice comes from a strong business background, completing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and managing a successful boutique accounting firm in Osborne Park for 15 years.  She understands the way to achieve great outcomes requires a practical approach with a great attention to detail and above all a fierce work ethic.  As a small business owner she forged out these great habits of working hard, being a great listener and supporting her clients to drive toward their individual goals.

Joice has extensive experience in real estate projects and developments that she uses to guide her clients to obtain great outcomes. She highly values client relationships, great service and professionalism. As a mother of 2 boys she knows how to maximise and organise her time to the greatest effect and believes in the saying "If you want something done give it to a busy person."

Currently living locally in Stirling and Balcatta before that, her youngest going to Servite College in Tuart Hill and being a active member of Riddler's Gym in Osborne Park, she has a really strong tie to community in these suburbs and surrounding suburbs of Osborne Park, Tuart Hill, Joondanna, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn and North Perth.
