As the former Principal & Licensee of Sawtell Real Estate for over 15 years, Jon�s experience and knowledge of the 2452 postcode and the general Coffs Harbour areas can only be a distinct advantage for local vendors.

Growing up on the beaches of Bondi and Bronte during his early years, and now having resided in the beautiful seaside suburb of Sawtell for almost 30 years, Jon appreciates the sea-change dynamics.

To this day Jon remains a current long service member and former club captain of Australia�s oldest surf club, Bondi Surf Bathers Lifesaving Club. Like real estate the surf club movement requires community values, integrity, and forms long lasting friendships.

Jon�s entire career has been based on customer service, starting his working life as a �barrow boy� at the Sydney fruit & vegetable markets at Haymarket, then Flemington.

He attained his Real Estate License in the early 90s attending TAFE 2 nights a week for 3 and half years while running a lawn mowing business, until a sales position in the local real estate office became available.

After a brief period away from the industry, Jon now returns with a passion and desire to assist all homeowners in their quest to achieve the best possible price for their property.
