Hi, my name is Joseph Nguyen, your local Agent

I have worked as a Real Estate Agent in Springvale for over 22 years. Starting as a real estate sales cadet in Springvale, I have worked myself up to the position of Managing Director of LJ Hooker Springvale, and am now regarded as one of the most experienced agents in the area. As Director of the LJ Hooker Springvale team, I work to ensure that all transactions are smooth, and that all our clients have peace of mind when dealing with us.

My lovely wife, my three children and I are active members of the Vietnamese community in Springvale and Keysborough. My wife is a member of the Vietnamese Catholic choir, and my children and I are members of the local Keysborough Soccer Club. We know and understand the local residents very well, and the secrets of a good deal in real estate.

I believe that you can only get out of life what you’re prepared to put in, and that a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail are essential ingredients to success. My diverse working background has given me invaluable experience in dealing with the intense nature of the real estate business and an appreciation of the importance in exceeding customer expectations. I have sound communication and negotiation skills as I have dealt with a wide range of demographics and personalities throughout my career.
