Josephine joined Semple Property Group in January 2018. Her area of expertise is buyer management, with a thorough understanding of current listings on the market. She works with qualified buyers to showcase the many properties listed by Semple Property Group, as well as off-market listings to find what buyers are looking for.

Her hardworking nature and honest demeanor, along with her time, resources and skills, assists buyers to make informed and well researched decisions so they are confident and happy with their purchases.

Born and raised in Fremantle and Cockburn, Josephine has an in-depth insight and interest in the local area. Josephine has a background in Business, achieving a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction and receiving Alumni Achievement Awards. She has spent some time working as a Sessional Academic at the Curtin University Business School. She also has industry experience in the real estate sector, having previously worked in some of Perth’s boutique real estate and broker firms.
