Having recently stepped up to the role of Executive Assistant to River’s Head of Property Management and Licensee in Charge, Dee Martin, Josie Carmody’s proven industry experience, extensive skillset, and conscientious nature are now being felt right across the business.

Thanks to her stellar work ethic, Josie never fails to rise to a challenge. Whether she’s marketing a property, liaising with landlords and tenants, or assisting Dee in the administration of all things property management, she approaches every task with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a can-do spirit.

Prior to working at River, Josie developed her customer service skills in hospitality, and then spent several years at a private certification company, where she worked her way up from Receptionist to Project Administration Leader.

Josie also holds a Certificate III in Business Administration, which she earned through a traineeship at Maitland City Council.
