Originally from Liaoning, China, Julian moved to Melbourne, Australia, in 2003 to pursue a Master of Marketing at Monash University. Upon graduating, he returned to Beijing in 2005 and embarked on a six-year tenure in the automotive industry, specializing in Customer Relationship Management for globally renowned brands such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW.
In 2011, following family relocation, Julian moved back to Melbourne, where he explored various professional ventures, including operating a small business, before transitioning into the real estate sector in 2017.
