About Julie Hooper - Real Estate Agent

Julie knows Wauchope from one end of town to the other, and she should, as she has never lived anywhere else. She was born in Wauchope, schooled locally and has worked in her community, she has raised her kids to seeing the benefits of being a small town stalwart.

Julie knows country life, with a typical diverse lifestyle, owning 40 acres producing silage, a husband who is an interstate truck driver, and two children who are starting careers locally. Her son is an apprenticeship as a plumber and her daughter is in nursing. Both putting back into their community, as Julie does.

Julies first job was as a trainee at the Hastings Co-op where she was nominated as trainee of the year, due to her diligence and hard work. Her love for helping people has become the ethos by which she lives. Having developed skills as a finance secretary, and been in customer service roles, she has found her niche career with LJ Hooker Wauchope as the go-to person where she can be who she is.

"Customer relations is my thing", she proudly states, "I do everything I possibly can to make sure things happen".

Julie is the ideal person for relating to both tenants and landlords in her new Asset Manager role. Her love of the land and property aligned with an admirable work ethic, enables her to really piece together all her abilities and loves into one perfect role. Asset management is about putting the right people to the right property and making sure it is smooth and trouble free.

It seems Julie was always destined to become involved in real estate as she is 'real people' person. A true country sole with integrity, honesty and local knowledge, second to none.
