At its inception, Space established itself as an advertising firm that focused on property. The agency’s success became largely based on referral and repeat business due to the service provided and results achieved.

Not only does Justin Davies market and sell some of the most recognisable and beautiful properties in the state, his value and understanding that giving, for the benefit of others is just as important as what he may receive in return for his hard work and consequently Justin has instigated numerous fundraising activities and supports numerous local charities, along with many national and international fundraising organisations. Some of these initiatives include fundraising concerts with one of Australia’s leading alternative bands and Jazz musicians, which resulted in the Australian Red Cross choosing him to be represented at the Peoplescape ceremony, with the Prime Minister.

Justin also organised a national furniture auction and was able to raise sufficient funds to build a complete orphanage in India and later set up a trust fund in Bangladesh for child victims of acid attacks.

In 2003, to commemorate the UN International Year of Fresh Water, he arranged for The Prime Minister and 5 leading Australian sports stars to sign a set of Waterford crystal glasses, with the proceeds of the auction going to Princess Margaret Hospital for children.
