As a sales specialist, Kaan believes that consistency is the key to success in real estate and in life. Whether he’s selling a one-bedroom unit or a four-million dollar mansion, his level of commitment and engagement doesn’t change.
It’s this same consistent commitment that has seen him propel Ristic to soaring industry heights, gleaning a number of awards along the way, including:

In a personal capacity he was also recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria as a winner in the 2022 Operational Leadership awards and the Real Estate Institute of Australia as a finalist in the 2023 Operational Leadership award category
A licensed real estate agent, Kaan has a BA in Multimedia and a Cert IV in Business (Estate Agency Practice). He’s a strong believer in self-development, and this translates to an engaged leadership style where his team are empowered to be the best possible versions of themselves. This creates a progressive office culture with growth and learning firmly at its core.
Real estate transactions usually represent a new chapter for whoever is involved, whether its vendors, tenants, or landlords. The responsibility of the real estate agency in moving onto this new chapter isn’t lost on Kaan. A family man at heart, Kaan has three kids to keep him busy in his home life. And when he’s not running the office, you might just find him running a marathon or indulging in Japanese cuisine or the latest Star Wars movie.
