Kai could see the benefits for working for the Eview Group and, fresh out of school, joined the family business in 2020. It started with work experience, working along his dad Lou, which then turned into a traineeship through the REIV with the ambition to be a fully licensed agent by July 2023.

Kai has been given the tools, the support, and the encouragement to create a successful sales career in real estate. He is the youthful addition to Lou Colella’s sales team, offering technical support, a more relaxed disposition, and an enthusiasm to help his clients achieve the best price for their property.

Kai is driven and inspired by the success of other star real estate agents throughout the Eview Group. He has the maturity to know that he must start from the ground up, and he is doing so with poise and finesse. He is building his confidence while learning the art of the trade and showing his clients his best abilities, to do them proud.

Kai is an avid sportsman, loving his football and cricket. He enjoys hanging out with mates, but most of all, he loves the support and love he gets from family, and his family values are evident in his profession.
