About Karl Poulton - Real Estate Agent

Karl commenced his real estate career in the family business in 2004 after completing a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Macquarie University. Karl is a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and property valuer.

Born and raised in the local area, Karl has developed a large client base and attributes much of his success to repeat and referral-based business. Having developed strong negotiating skills as a vendor you'll have confidence, knowing that your biggest investment is in good hands. Karl understands that good working relationships need care and consideration. This combined with a sound local knowledge of a changing market has contributed to his ongoing success.

Married to Professionals Nowra General Manager Amanda Poulton, they have three children – Jorja, Charly and Oscar.

Karl is consistently ranked inside the top 10% of sales agents in NSW for both sales and listings.
