From a school-age weekend receptionist in a Real Estate office in Sydney to Senior Property Management positions in Sydney, Cairns and, for the past 9 years, Airlie Beach, my career in Property Management has spanned some twenty-plus years. 

 During those years I have gained extensive knowledge and management skills in all aspects of Property Management, ever mindful of the all-important relationship between landlords and tenants alike. 

 I began my journey with Ray White Whitsundays Property Management as a part-timer in 2016, having returned to work two years after the birth of my daughter. 

The team at Ray White are arguably one of the most supportive, dedicated and professional groups I have had the pleasure of working with. 

 So supportive, in fact, that when my husband, daughter and I decided to take nine months off in 2020 to explore the length and breadth of Australia, the Principals Mark and Belinda Beale not only wished us every success they assured me that my position would be available to me on my return - a testament to their belief in supporting their team. 

 On returning to “the real world” this past May, I quickly fell back into the day-to-day routines that are associated with Property Management and since the implementation of our recent “Pod” system, there is no question that we, as a team, are now better equipped than ever to service both our landlords and tenants alike.
