Firstly I would like to introduce myself, I am Kate Brooks, and I have been an owner operator of my Real Estate business for the past 10 years and am a former employee of one of the largest Estate Agents in Pakenham.

I have many years of Real Estate experience in the South Eastern Suburbs and have built a solid relationship with all my clients, vendors, purchasers, rental providers and renters. It is this consistent repeat business and referrals that add to my strong and impeccable reputation within the local community.

I have experienced many aspects of the real estate industry over my career including administration, sales and property management, which have given me a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business.

I have successfully completed Certificate IV in Property Services, gaining my Full Real Estate License.

The industry has a high demand for “QUALIFIED” Real Estate Agents, but “QUALITY” does not always come with that. I feel that anyone in the Real Estate market are entitled to receive the highest quality of service when selling, buying or leasing real estate, which is what I intend to deliver to all my clients.

My extensive and ongoing training keeps me up to date with the latest legislation and I feel that my excellent communication and organisational skills set me apart from the rest.

I ensure that I am regularly in contact with clients and love nothing more than assisting with all their real estate needs and providing excellent customer service in the process.

Having been a vendor, purchaser and a landlord myself and knowing the important part an Agent plays, I feel I would be the perfect person to look after all your Real Estate needs.
