About Kathryn Marshall - Real Estate Agent

Versatile. Experienced. Committed. Meet Kathryn Marshall.

Kathryn brings 16 years of property management experience to the Property Central Erina portfolio. Kathryn grew up on Sydney’s North Shore and has since worked in a diverse range of areas across NSW, Queensland, and most recently, Victoria. Over that time, she has gained experience and knowledge as a Property Manager, and Sales Consultant/Operations Manager. Property Management is her passion in the industry, and her daily goal is to impress landlords and tenants alike with unwavering commitment, attention to detail, and a genuine need to deliver the best outcome – each and every time!

We asked Kathryn why she chose to partner with Property Central: “I find immense joy in the unique work environment that transcends the conventional notion of a workplace. It’s not merely a job; it’s an opportunity to collaborate with individuals who share my passion for real estate. The team culture at Property Central can be best described as ‘work hard, play hard,’ where the synergy among team members fosters a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.”
