Identify regions with infrastructure and communities attracting families. I’d strongly advise people to choose builders with a good track record who are experienced and honest with their costs. I’ve seen many people make the wrong choices which have led to financial difficulties, simply because they didn’t ask the right questions or do their homework. Read contracts carefully and know what you are entitled too, and what you need to pay.I prefer to go through the building process in detail with people, checking they understand what’s involved and are comfortable with their choices before committing.
