In Kathy’s many years in the real estate industry she finds the best part of the job is interacting with sellers and buyers. Her excellent communication skills makes her an excellent negotiator, her ability to think outside the square gets maximum results in all aspects of the selling process.

As a local of 40 years Kathy loves the fact that she is able to live, work and socialise within her local community, and enjoys what it has to offer. With Kathy’s working experience and large family she knows only too well the requirements of family living, having raised 6 children of her own on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Aside from being a real estate agent, Kathy spent 15years as a local Bridal Dressmaker whilst her children were growing up, and a further 20years working with sales in a local IT company. She is also a devoted mother and grandmother, and a successful investor and renovator. Kathy has been passionate about Real Estate for most of her life after purchasing her first home at age 19.
