She is also a Ray White ELITE PERFORMER and is consistently in the top 10 performing agents every year within Ray White.
“When first meeting with a client, my priority is to understand their motivation for buying or selling. With this knowledge, I will create a structured selling and marketing campaign to attract premium home buyers to the property. Kathy's professional career began as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, where she developed strong communication and listening skills, attributes that are equally valuable in real estate. Having personally renovated and sold 37 properties to date, it was the life-changing decision to turn this passion for property into a new career that saw her join Ray White in 2011.
