About Katie Van Assche - Real Estate Agent

Working alongside Stephen McCleery as assistant property manager, Katie knew her path was in Real Estate ever since she was young. As she has always had her heart set on the industry, she decided to begin her journey as receptionist 2 years ago. This has allowed her to learn skills and experiences in relation to her role in property management and increased her local knowledge tremendously.

Katie enjoys the fact that no two days are the same in her role, and there is always something new for her to work on. She adores that she can build strong relationships with clients as well as her work family at Hodges Prahran and treasures the strong bond they possess.

With a genuine passion for assisting others, Katie thrives on being able to make sure that her clients’ needs are satisfied. Her strong work ethic is one of her key strengths, and she is often described by her clients as prompt and able to listen to needs and action them effectively.

Being creative is one of Katie’s passions, and she has a side hobby of candle making. She enjoys spending time outdoors in the sun and going down to the peninsula with her family in her downtime.
