About Kayhla Prestwood - Real Estate Agent

Now working alongside Senior Sales Consultant Matt Mason as an Assistant Agent, Kayhla entered the industry in 2021. She brings experience, knowledge and expertise to her role as she assists and supports Matt, one of Mildura’s most active agents.

Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, Kayhla began calling Sunraysia home during her high school years. She completed her schooling in Mildura, wasting no time taking on two hospitality jobs at once, spending many years refining her people skills in the process.

She helps Matt deliver the very best of service, maintaining a high level of communication throughout the entire sales processes - listing, marketing, through to contract and settlement. She’s a friendly face at open homes and private home showings and offers a “service plus one” to homeseekers and investors.

In her free time, Kayhla is a young mum to two beautiful children, Aivah and Koah, with fiancé Keith. She fills out her spare time spending it with the family on the banks of the Murray River or unwinding on camping trips. She is also actively involved in their own concreting business, Mildura Prestige Concreting.
