Keith has been a resident of Bribie Island since 1997 and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985. As the principal of Knobel & Davis (North) he has a wealth of experience in the field covering residential and commercial real estate sales and property management.Before opening the office in Benabrow Avenue, Keith was involved in project marketing in the Retirement Village/Over 50's Village sector for 10 years, having been associated with the developers of 3 very successful resort projects here on the island as well as at Burpengary.With those projects now completed, Keith is very pleased to be back in general agency brokerage, and to be associated under a franchise arrangement with a very successful firm which was established in 1984 by two of Queensland’s most successful and respected real estate agents, John Knobel and Kerry Davis. John has now retired but Kerry Davis continues at the helm of the company, responsible for sales measured in the billions of dollars. Keith is a former partner of the firm with John and Kerry, along with Tony Knobel and Chris Bradford, who also both operate their own independent agencies on the Gold Coast and in Cairns.Keith is proud to be a born and bred Queenslander and to be part of an Australian owned company. He is looking forward to being of assistance to sellers, buyers and investors with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm.
