A successful career is recorded in the results. For Ken Giese, the path to becoming one of the Clarence Valley’s most successful real Estate Agents started back in January 1990.

However, getting to that point was just part of a natural progression during the previous decade. With his wife, Chris, in their early 20’s, he started their first highly successful small business which allowed them the opportunity to own their first home.

The home became a reality with the can do approach and saw Ken being integral in its design and construction. On completion, Ken continued working in the building industry, gaining wide experience and knowledge in many facets of home construction.

Recognising that buying, building and selling homes was part of life, Ken decided to enhance his business skills and attended University to complete his Diploma in Business Management. Acceptance in the Real Estate industry was instant and the application of his empathetic approach provided immediate results.

The background in construction, business and people skills and his need to ensure people are looked after when buying or selling their property has seen Ken being recognised by L J Hooker International on his success on numerous occasions. He has achieved entry into the prestigious Captains Club ten times and Multi Million Chapter six times.

Presently Ken heads up the strong group of highly skilled people at L J Hooker Maclean. He instils in them the same attitude to customer service that ensures positive results for all involved in the transaction, with the emphasis that a compatible team will be even more successful.

L J Hooker Maclean’s affiliation with Yamba, Grafton and Iluka LJ Hooker offices, is seeing very positive results and is now recognised as the strongest group of Real Estate Agents in the Clarence Valley. It is an association that is highly beneficial to those with real business in mind.

Ken is the third generation of the Giese family trading in business in the main street of Maclean. This background and knowledge of the area is essential in helping those considering the district as a place to live and/or invest.
