I believe that my genuine enthusiasm and passion for what I do translates to buyers also. I always say that people mostly buy on emotion. With that, I am committed to keeping my energy vibrant and helping clients see the positives in every home I sell. Negotiation skills are crucial when it comes to achieving the best outcomes and I have spent over 20 years honing mine. People forget that even after the contract is signed the sale is not complete and I am a seasoned operator when it comes to facilitating a deal through a rocky building and pest phase or overcoming tenancy hiccups.
