Although a born and bred local, he built the foundations of his career in Sydney, where after obtaining his real estate, stock & station and business agents licence, he successfully led four of his own agencies in a partnership from 1977 to 1986.

After relocating back to the Port Macquarie-Hastings region, Kevin opened his own office in Wauchope in 1986 and has practiced in the area for the last 33 years. He has observed and adapted to many years of fluctuating local market trends and is able to offer an informed perspective to buyers and sellers alike.
